I ordered my burger and went to pay for it but couldn't because I misplaced my bank card, I tried to pay with the only other monies I had which was $100 note that they could not break. I said that is okay and just cancel the order, and then the lady taking my order (Miss Wilma) said " no I will pay for it with my employee meal discount" that just blew my mind in this day and age! Of course I went and broke the $100 note and went back and paid for it, but the humanity displayed here today really needs some attention. If you are paying attention Whataburger Corporate, her name is Wilma at site #859!

The manager Vanessa was very friendly and kept a smile on her face the entire time and even came to the table to see if we needed refill. 10/10 would recommend. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Do NOT go to the Drive Thru here on Sundays. They are so understaffed and/or incompetent, they weren't able to fulfill a simple order of fries for over 10 minutes. We saw multiple other cars just leave and we did the same. Check the security footage on for 5/31/26. The unfortunate cashier tried to calm us down but apparently couldn't help in the kitchen. It was a lesson learned for $3.69. Again, just for Sundays and Drive Thru. Cannot comment on any other situation. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
