i feel like this whataburger has gone down hill lately. my orders will be canceled without any explanation, missing items, LONG. wait times, and disrespectful staff treating each other poorly in front of customers. the food is phenomenal but i am so so sick of waiting >20 minutes for food, or waiting >45 minutes for my order to be cancelled. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Me and my boyfriend had a interesting situation this cashier named Melyssa took our order and as my boyfriend was ordering she kept interrupting and saying the order wrong and almost charged us double for the #1 original Whataburger he wanted the sandwich plain with cheese and they gave us it with mustard...as we pulled up to pay the cashier was on her phone not paying attention... This kind of service is not good,and this cashier needs to pay better attention and not be on there phone we had to repeat ourselves 2 times and still she made a mistake on our order. As soon as we left the drive thru we called the manager to let them know.. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
