Really had an amazing time here, I came with friends. everything was pretty cool and very open with menu, Edgar was very helpful and pretty cool recommended a lot for my group especially for our vegan friend, the wait wasn’t long at all, very quick actually. The food is ok. The biggest issue here is that everyone from management to the staff is touching EVERYTHING from their hair, head piece, register, money, and clothes and afterwards, touching the food, INSIDE drinking cups, and food containers. NO ONE washed their hands or changed gloves. I spent $60 for the family and had to pray so hard. I wish I had left it because now, three of my children has broken out really badly. I felt like I should've left the food and didn't. Some guy there had a mask on and face damn near to the bag looking into it or positioning it to put food in it. A guy coughed without covering his mouth and the cashier put a lid on it and tried to hand it to me. I did not accept it. He was the worst one. Don't know how they have the score they have when they're super nasty. I will not be returning. First and last time! I love Whataburger but this place. I walked in behind two other gentlemen none of us were greeted as no one was behind the counter? One of the gentlemen in front of me was an Amazon driver he said not again and walked out. I should have followed but I wasn't in a big hurry. Someone finally came up front and took the order of man in front of me. Then disappeared again? I finally got my order taken and what seemed like forever later I got my food. My fries were like warm and off. They tasted like rank oil. I wasn't about to ask for a new batch as now I was in a hurry and I had spicy ketchup to drown out the taste. Bad call. About thirty minutes later I'm in gastric distress and doing unforgivable things to a toilet. Don't risk this location. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
