Many visitors of this restaurant note that nicely cooked chicken is served here. The pleasant staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. In spite of the popularity among customers, the weak point of Wingstop is its professional service. This place hasn't earned a high rating from Google users.

I ordered the mix and match. 1/2 traditional 1/2 boneless. I got all traditional wings. I ordered online. I asked for blue cheese and I got ranch. I tried calling but if course no answer and I didn't want to drive back and wait another 20 minutes to get my order correct. Very disappointing. Hard to get what you order Price per person: $20–30

Place sucks I ordered food 2 hours before close n never got it n was refused to be let in while I seen my order sitting then was told contact boss for refund n now nobody answers the phone big waste of money don’t waste your time Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered a 3-piece chicken tenders meal from Wingstop on Main Street in Hartford via DoorDash. I chose the Hickory Smoked BBQ flavor and fries, and initially declined the soda but later tried to add it. Unfortunately, the store said no when I asked my Dasher to change the order. When my food arrived, the sauce seemed just slapped on top instead of being tossed with the chicken, which made it less flavorful. The fries were also cool, not hot and crispy like I expected. I didn’t dine in, so I can’t speak to the restaurant’s vibe, but the overall experience was a bit disappointing. Hoping for better next time! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 3
