We went in one to try the new place out just to be told they were on break and would not make our food. Will never be back. Terrible service. Rude. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered from DoorDash. I know that’s always gonna take a little bit longer, but I checked on Google. It said that they were not busy at all and it still took about 20 minutes to get my order to my driver That’s not even the worst part I love Wingstop. I’ve always loved Wingstop. I never thought I could dislike Wingstop well they definitely gave me a run for my money at this location. It’s so bad. Wingstop has the best blue cheese, this location somehow screwed it up. I think they gave me a cup. That was bad. I couldn’t even eat it. It tasted sour and there were little bubbles on the top. The ranch was thin and runny not like it usually is at other locations. They usually have the best ranch too. I don’t know what’s up with this location I got mild wings and they were so greasy, I couldn’t even eat them. The sauce was just sliding off of the wing and separating because the grease was so heavy The fries had virtually no seasoning. I literally rate Wingstop fries to be the best fast food fries. After ordering from this location. They may have changed her mind because they were mediocre meds at best no seasoning I had to add salt to them never had to do that before. I’m hoping this was just a one off bad time because this is the Wingstop. It’s closest to me now that I have moved to Raymore and I would hate to stop ordering Wingstop cause they’re typically so good. Maybe it was just a bad day? I ordered on Monday 8/31 through DoorDash.. One positive was when I called about my order because I accidentally selected the incorrect sauce the lady switched it to barbecue for me with no issues and that was very nice of her! because she did not have to do that but the food was garbage.. I really hope it was a one off time and that you guys can get your stuff together at this location cause like I said I love wing stop Price per person: $40–50 Food: 1 Service: 2

My friend Ordered wingstop just 30 mins ago and their employees do not check to see if your order has been confirmed, they hung up on us when we said we will be reporting their establishment, she is not able to get a refund or credits multiple doordashers kept coming to the store and they said they would not remake it? Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Delivery Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
