Manager is in the back just tossing wings while he has this dude who is clearly new and struggling to communicate with the customers walking back and forth between them and the manager. Saucing wings is super easy, shoulda been the manager doing the talking and the other guy saucing wings. New guy was doing the most work, too. Meal type: Other

@Owner, does it make sense when your staff keep someone waiting for their order for one hour? I hope you understand the situation of you store what people inside are doing with that question. I’m sorry to rate it and put the review but if you don’t change the system they will shut down your business.

Selena was amazing, perfect customer service, my first time trying WingStop and she was very patient and knew all the menu options. Plus, the food was fresh, well seasoned 10/10 I will definitely come back to this location again because of SELENAAA and the crew.
