for a fancyish, casualish restaurant in a strip mall, they did do a lot of things right. warm welcome, big staff. good sized menu. outside seating with satellite bar. nice cocktails. I got a bison burger, which I expected to be a hand pressed patty. instead it was this very symmetrical likely previously frozen, mass produced product that was kind of underwhelming. it had "meat filler" type stuff in there. a bison burger should be nothing but premium ground bison, signature seasonings, formed by hand, and cooked through. my wife and I had a lovely experience, the staff was thoroughly engaged and attentive. we ordered a LOT of food and my only regret was the bison. check it out, tell me whatcha think!
