Report incorrect information
I ordered 3 boxes while my friend ordered 2 boxes. When we got home, all my orders were wrong and even those of my friend’s. The orders were interchanged with somebody else’s. Obviously, we paid for the wrong orders. Yes there were many customers but there was also plenty of staff, so to have this kind of confusion for 5 boxes was beyond disappointing.
We didn’t love the food since it was not the ingredients we wanted, but the taste was still okay.
There are plenty of ingredients to mix and match - there is no set menu so it’s ridiculous for the staff to ask customers which one they ordered. A little suggestion though, since the orders were manually written, it’s better to use carbon paper and give a copy to the customer. This way, no orders will ever be interchanged.
One more thing - we’ve been standing there for a while and no one was attending to us. A crew inside was even looking at me and yet, I still had to ask for the menu. They were so active on taking the orders of the arabs, when in general they should be attending to every single one.
Unfortunately this is a food joint I will not recommend to my friends. I can proudly say I do bring a number of people in when I post food on social media; but, I’ll give this one a pass.
