Bib Gourmand: good quality, good value cooking.
Good standard.

As every other restaurant he owns, Zaytinya was an amazing experience. The food was a wonderful fusion, prepared exquisitely. The service was perfect, never letting me want for more. The setting and atmosphere was upbeat and unpretentious. Honestly I love Zaytinya’s cookbook, and was really excited to finally try the restaurant. The service was great, no issues there. The food however for the price, was just ok. For example we ordered the Halloumi - $15 - and was surprised to find it was just two small wedges. Beyond the portion sizes, flavors were just kind of ok. Overall just an ok experience. Food would have been good if it wasn’t so salty.
Too much salt ruined the flavor.
Server couldn’t crack a smile.
Desert was yummy
