I recently had the pleasure of visiting Awal Café and I can confidently say that it has become one of my favorite spots in Rabat. The location is absolutely perfect, conveniently situated on Avenue Oqba just opposite the entrance of the Botanical Garden, making it an ideal place to relax after a walk or meet friends in a calm and pleasant environment. The area itself is beautiful, accessible, and lively without being too noisy. What truly impressed me was the quality of the café and tea they serve. The coffee is rich, fresh, and professionally prepared, while the tea is simply superb with a wonderful taste and presentation. You can immediately notice the attention to detail and the care they put into every order. Whether you are stopping by for a quick coffee break or planning to spend some time working or chatting, the drinks alone make the visit worthwhile. The food was also excellent. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and well prepared. The menu offers a good variety of options suitable for breakfast, snacks, or a light meal, and the portions are satisfying for the price. The atmosphere inside the café is warm, comfortable, and welcoming. The decoration creates a relaxing vibe, and the seating is comfortable whether you choose to sit inside or outside. Another thing worth mentioning is the friendly and professional staff. The service was fast, polite, and attentive throughout the visit. Cleanliness was also clearly a priority, which made the overall experience even more enjoyable. Overall, Awal Café is a fantastic place in Rabat for anyone looking for great coffee, excellent tea, delicious food, and a relaxing atmosphere in a prime location.
