The game meat carpaccio was amazing! I especially loved the ostrich liver and heart — super tasty and not gamey at all. Even the salad was really good. The owner was super friendly and told us all about the food, which made the experience even better. I also liked the Japanese-style flavors in the seasoning — a nice touch!
