A tour de force of seemingly endless dishes. Every element of the meal was perfect. Each dish was flavorful and presented with impeccable attention to detail. The wine pairings were well thought out and unique. This is an elevated fine dining experience that is nonetheless comfortable and relaxed. Wow and yummy! We had a spectacularly delicious dinner and a wonderful experience in Komboi’s most welcoming atmosphere. We did the tasting menu paired with wine. The meal started with several amazing amuse-bouches, and it followed with oysters, sourdough, duck, potato, salmon, ham, ribeye, mandarin orange with caramel and basil, canele pastry with berries and rum raisin ice cream, coffee and tea, and additional dessert creations not listed on the menu, as a thank you from the chef. Each dish was prepared with a delectable combination of the freshest and finest ingredients by the creative chef who made every dish uniquely fantastic. The wine and champagne pairings were similarly the very best. The members of the staff were gracious and kind, and enthusiastically explained the ingredients of each dish and how it was made.
