I love my AAPI businesses. milk + sugar is the best ice cream in all of Houston. I’d recommend everything on the menu (I’ve had everything) but my absolute favorite is the Rain or Shine (earl grey lavender). It’s perfectly fruity and a touch of floral while having a sorbet-like feel and being perfectly sweet. milk + sugar is lovely and bustling and tried and true. my go-to dessert at all times.
