I have a friend who knows the owner, and he recommended this spot for dinner one night. We ended up going, and let me tell you, it was some of the BEST Japanese food I've eaten! I especially loved the tamagoyaki. It was as if I was eating a cloud, it was that soft. The best tamagoyaki I've ever had in Japan. The crazy fries and yakisoba are close seconds for me. The owner and his wife are super chill people. I also love how small the place is, because it makes it a more intimate setting in which you can really connect with the owner and other patrons. I hope that I can visit again one day, because it's my favorite Izakaya in Goto! Thank you Motohiro, and I wish you and your wife the best of luck for your future. もとんとこは最高だ!!
