It is located in Chinatown and is run by Chinese people. It was really nice to see two elderly people running a bakery. It was also nice to see them counting their money like this, which was really reminiscent of a certain part of Taiwan. We ordered 3 packs of Gonggalbang. I bought it and it was crunchy and delicious. There was no sugar inside, so it tasted great. May you prosper and be healthy.

인천 차이나타운 거리를 걷다 다양한 중국 과자와 월병이 가득 진열된 복래춘에 이끌려 들어갔습니다 가게 안에는 세월의 흔적이 느껴지는 투박하지만 정겨운 포장에 담긴 각종 중국식 디저트들이 시선을 사로잡아 구경하는 재미가 쏠쏠했어요 여러 간식 중에서도 이곳의 명물인 공갈빵을 구매했는데 무엇보다 요즘 물가답지 않게 가격이 정말 저렴해 부담 없이 집어 들 수 있었습니다 큼지막한 빵을 손으로 툭 깨뜨려 맛을 보니 겉면의 바삭바삭한 식감이 경쾌하게 씹히며 고소함이 입안 가득 퍼졌습니다 안쪽에 발린 설탕 소스가 지나치게 달거나 자극적이지 않고 은은해서 물리지 않고 계속 손이 가는 묘한 중독성이 있었어요 너무 얇아서 파사삭 부서지기만 하는 것이 아니라 적당히 씹는 맛이 살아있는 바삭함이라 씹을수록 고소한 풍미가 잘 느껴졌습니다 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
