What can I say about 7:11 it's a convenience store the prices are not good what is very convenient location and open all the time Compared to a Superstore superstores blow up things a better prices so 7:11 is convenient but not good prices

their machine wasn’t reading my Apple Pay (the machine issue wasn’t why I’m upset) I ended up having to use my physical card which I have no issue with however I could have done without the rude conversation or nasty looks from the cashier. Never in my life would I have expected to be treated with such a lack of basic customer service. And I get being tired at work as I work customer service but I would never go out of my way to be rude and nasty like the cashier was tonight

I visited 7-Eleven 101 west haven on Wednesday, March 4 at 8:04 AM. Unfortunately, the cashier was very rude during my visit. The interaction made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I hope management can address this issue to improve customer service in the future.
