I've been to Ai Balestrari in Prati approx. 5 times. I can't praise enough how good the food is. We had buccatini l'amtraiciano, spaghetti ragu, rigatoni with oxtail and some apps. This was our last stop in our Italian vacation. By far the best food yet. Teresa was our server and she was amazing.
