Ordered roast beef cheddar. Didn't know it had a weird sauce on it. Took it back to counter and explained about sauce. Front counter person very nice about it. Guy in back not so much. He yelled "why didn't he ordet it without red sauce and said don't be stupid. Front counter lady said customer standing here. He yelled i don't care. We shouldn't be called names or yelled at. We wete not rude just asked for different sandwich. Last time we ever vsit this location

At this Arby’s I’m always greeted with the welcoming presence of Tara! She is so sweet and helpful and truly makes the experience better just by her attitude. Food is always fresh and the restaurant is always clean. Love coming here! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Being that I always try to leave honest reciews here's my thoughts: By no means does this apply to just this place but, the quality of food at Arby's locations in general is very poor compared to what it used to be. While some of their menu is still great (the Jamocha shake etc), a lot of it has very poor meat quality. It tastes like old food that's been sitting days and then simply warmed up. It even looks like that at times. Arby's simply needs to freshen up their foods so that it looks and tastes freshly prepared. If you go, expect an empty atmosphere and old food. We appreciate you sharing your feedback, Gregory. We’re glad you still enjoy menu items like the Jamocha shake, but we’re sorry your recent experience with our food quality and freshness fell short. We’ll share your comments with our team to help improve both the food and overall atmosphere.
