Hands down best DQ I have ever been to. The service is always fast, friendly, and accurate, and they never short you on ice cream. I LOVE THIS DAIRY QUEEN!

Overall good experiences the many times I’ve been to this location. Wish they would participate in the app and rewards but they do not. The place can get busy and the lines long but the employees try their best. It’s usually worth it! I will mention however the adult female employee, possibly manager(?), that seemed a bit on a power trip. I ordered through the drive-thru with a most likely newer employee. She asked me what topping I wanted on my DQ Cupcake. Never having been asked this before and confused I asked what options are there. The young employee proceeded to list off the options and I picked a topping. When I got to the window to pay, the younger employee gave me part of my order. Then another lady handed me the Cupcake and said that they made the treat as requested but the topping request would not be allowed next time in the future. Her tone was rude and accusatory when I wasn’t even the one requesting an additional topping or modification. She certainly could have handled it better and unfortunately that interaction has stuck with me. Perhaps instead of reprimanding a customer you could have gently trained your employee the correct way to make the item and not be rude to anyone during the process.

It's a busy place now after months of being closed for winter! We got 2 blizzards. Even though it's a "small", they gave us large proportions. Pretty tasty! :))))
