Routinely opening late...The new morning group can't seem to open the coffee house when they are suppose to. I have tried being loyal but now I take my business to Starbucks. I can depend on them being there in the morning for me...

I GET OFF THE TRAIN AT THE SAME TIME EVERYDAY TO FIND THIS PLACE HALF THE TIME NOT OPEN FOR BUSINESS. ITS OPEN WHEN ITS OPEN. THEY NEED THE COFFEE MORE THAN I DO.

Walked in said hi and got some eye rolls from a girl, asked for water and wanted to charge me 50 cents but it seemed like she couldn’t wait to tell me it costed money. So I said never mind every where else it’s free, I mean it’s water! So shame on the owners for that one. Saw a lady with a good looking tea so I asked where got it she said at this place so I thought ok “why not” guy with the beard and curly hair was even worse, asked how he was doing and didn’t even want to give me the time of day he hated everything. Asked for light ice and pretended to ignore me until I had to speak up and had major attitude and stuck up. If you hate your job just go somewhere else my dudes trust me it’s that easy, coming from a long time server, you guys made the place look bad and honestly won’t go back because of this not worth it. Was excited for union station to have a coffee shop but y’all can keep it away if your acting out like that, nothing worse then employees acting like that hate their jobs. Take a shower your attitudes STINK!
