I had a really disappointing experience with Cassidy. She came across as demeaning and uninterested, and honestly seemed like she didn’t want to be there or interact with customers at all. The tone and attitude were off-putting from the start, and it made what should’ve been a simple, pleasant experience feel uncomfortable. As a manager, that kind of behavior is especially concerning. Leadership sets the tone, and this experience made the whole place feel unwelcoming. It didn’t feel like an isolated bad moment—it felt like a reflection of how things are run. Customer service matters, and this was bad enough that I don’t plan on coming back. I’d rather take my business elsewhere, like Insomnia Cookies, where customers are actually treated with basic respect. Unfortunately, this experience also reflects poorly on the broader Crumbl Cookies brand. I hope they take feedback like this seriously, because interactions like this drive customers away.
