You will be offered such food as perfectly cooked hot sandwiches, causa and melt sandwiches, don't hesitate to try them. Try good chocolate cookies, snickerdoodles and chocolate custard. Great chocolate frappe or delicious hot chocolate are among the most popular drinks at this confectionary restaurant.
Food delivery is a big plus of Insomnia Cookies. The well-trained staff welcomes guests all year round. Spectacular service is something clients appreciate here. Moderate prices are not suitable for this this place. The atmosphere is cool, as people see it. Google users are quite generous with this spot: it was rated 4.1 stars.

I’ve never had an issue ordering delivery from this location, but last night I placed two orders at midnight that took nearly two hours to get a driver, then the driver text me and said the order wasn’t even ready yet, so after another 30 minutes I called the driver and she said that she had been unassigned from my orders because the store had CLOSED. I gave the bakery plenty of time because it was a Friday night so I figured they were incredibly busy, but the fact they NEVER made my orders is unbelievable. They should’ve cancelled my orders and refunded me or just even communicated at the least. I also had the hardest time trying to connect with customer service through corporate, they kept directing me to call the bakery which was closed. I emailed corporate and have had no response. I can’t believe they run a chain with nearly non-existent customer service. I had my friend call them this morning to get a refund, which they only refunded one order, so then I had to call a second time to get the other order refunded. Absolutely ridiculous over some cookies. Never buying from this location again.

Purple haired girl at the Hillsborough location on Wednesday night showed and verbalized very unprofessional behavior by scoffing each time me or my sister mentioned something as trivial as ordering a salted caramel cookie Stating that she had to put 2 in the oven after placing the order. After waiting 24+ minutes for cookies we were told would take approximately 10 minutes, I asked for an update on the time. Again, with visible attitude, the purple haired girl stated that one order was ready while we were waiting for a cookie that was not one of the ones we were told we’d be waiting on. Then, she asked if we wanted to wait for both orders to be done for her to give us our cookies after waiting 40 minutes when quoted 10. I sat down and ate dinner inside of a restaurant in less time and experienced 1000x better customer service and professionalism. This used to be my favorite and most convenient location, but I absolutely will not be back. Prayerfully, everyone else that visited that location has a much better experience.

I LOVE INSOMNIA COOKIES! I have to visit every time I'm in the area. The person who fulfilled our cookie order was very kind and patient while we chose our cookies! The cookies were warm, fresh, and so yummy!
