In case the rain took you by surprise during the promenade around Via della Pace, stop by this bar. Find good filet américain, cacio e pepe and amuse bouches on the menu. You can share tasty tiramisu, parfait and crumble with your friends and spend a nice time here. You will appreciate delicious Spritz, negroni or martinis at cybo. Great espresso goes well with the nice meal.

Fabrzio is is the the best waiter that I had this week in Rome the foodprocessor was very good and the price is not on the hi side. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €40–50

We had such a fantastic family meal at cybo. Nicko (the owner) looked after us from the moment we arrived, fitting us in despite how busy it was and making us feel so welcome- like family. The location is beautiful, the food was exceptional - including fresh, real truffle- and the wines were outstanding. Nicko even let me try a few different wines to not only help me find the perfect match but to also share his love of fine wine and food with me, truly very considerate of him. I was a little worried about finding a really great meal in Italy after some mixed experiences ( I am a tourist afterall) but this completely exceeded our expectations. It turned into a proper family night with amazing food, fantastic service, and memories we'll always treasure. Thank you and highly recommend ! Meal type: Dinner

Cannot comment on food. Stopped for an afternoon beer. We were overcharged and when we pointed out the same staff member became aggressive. Advice would be check your bill and change. Not a nice experience at all.
