Unfortunately, our experience at cybo was very disappointing. We had a reservation and still had to wait around 30 minutes to be seated. When we finally got our table, we were in a pretty bad location, far away from the main dining area. The place itself is beautiful and has a great atmosphere, but unfortunately the service was terrible. We waited almost an hour between our appetizer and main course, and when the food finally arrived, it was cold. The food itself was okay, but definitely nothing memorable, especially considering the long wait. Our server was barely attentive to us or even to the tables around us. No one checked in, gave us an update, or seemed concerned about how long everything was taking. Such a beautiful restaurant, but unfortunately the poor service completely ruined the experience for us. Definitely not what we expected and we wont go back. Cannot comment on food. Stopped for an afternoon beer. We were overcharged and when we pointed out the same staff member became aggressive. Advice would be check your bill and change. Not a nice experience at all.
