This place is a hidden gem and not a tourist trap - they don’t harass you on the street to pull you in like other places. Their Saltimbocca Alla Romana is the best I have ever tasted by a mile and I have tried this dish in many restaurants. The roast potatoes (ordered as a side dish were also moist and tender). The Spaghetti Al Cartoccio was also exceptionally good with a generous amount of sauce. The service was friendly, quick and attentive. Whilst in Rome for the week we kept returning. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: €20–30

Surrounded by tourists type of restaurant (ain't them all !) Saltimbocca ristorante offers an excellent price/quality cuisine ratio. Delicious fish dishes, carbonara pasta, nice cocktails (americano). And free cherry digestive offered completes a nice experience at a decent price. Friendly staff. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €40–50 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
