I rarely come across service this disrespectful and terrible. Tonight we went to Pizza Ciro and honestly regretted it. From the moment we tried to order, the waiter kept rushing us by saying “come on, hurry up,” which was extremely rude and uncomfortable. People go to restaurants to enjoy their evening, not to feel pressured. When the food finally arrived, it was another huge disappointment — bland, tasteless, and completely below expectations. The worst part started after we finished eating. The moment our plates were empty, a waiter loudly kept asking, “Finished? Finished?” over and over again. Then he stood in front of us making hand gestures asking whether he should bring the bill. It genuinely felt like they were trying to kick us out as quickly as possible. We felt completely unwelcome. Then came the biggest issue: when we checked the bill, we noticed they had charged us for a dish that NEVER arrived at our table. Even after we pointed it out, the employee at the register — who acted like he simply didn’t care — ignored us at first. Only after insisting several times did he finally remove it from the bill. And then, unbelievably, he tried not to give our change back by saying, “keep it as a tip.” Absolutely unacceptable. Tips should be earned through good service, not forced on customers after such a horrible experience. I don’t even want to talk about the toilets — the hygiene was disgusting and nearly nonexistent. Overall: terrible service, tasteless food, rude staff, billing problems, and awful hygiene. We will definitely never come back and would not recommend this place to anyone.
