We had my mom’s birthday dinner here and the food was so NASTY for the prices they charge. The gumbo was watery the greens tasted like fish the frog legs were soggy the seafood pasta was bland and dry! The only good things were the half chicken lemon drops and the service from Dezz! Edgar's Restaurant at Good Park Golf Course in Akron is known for southern and Cajun cooking. I’ve been to New Orleans many times, always loved the food. And on this night in Akron, Edgar’s was spot on with pine nut grouper salad and a seafood gumbo with andouille sausage topped with soft shell crab. Amazing flavor on his special take of a Cajun standard. #neworleansfood #Edgars #cajunfood. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30
