A (slightly over priced) but unique and delicious find in downtown. We also tried their Michelin starred tasting menu at the other Gastro by Elemento restaurant and I clearly prefer this place. Much more relaxed and you gel to eat what you want from a small menu. My only recommendation - for both restaurants - would be to make use of season al vegetables rather than the root vegetables at summer time and offer gelado on its own as dessert - the peach yuzu gelado was exquisite. Great experience! Such an unique way to cook all the fresh ingredients on wood fire with an open kitchen, where you can watch The chefs cooking everything with fire and embers.
