Excellent customer service! Just Eat missed off part of my order but Dan at Greggs, Risca, was brilliant! Apologised and gave me a free box of doughnuts. Mistakes happen and Dan dealt with the error professionally. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
