We waited a while and people that came in after us where served first we waited 15 minutes for a small order but saying that it was worth the wait the food was amazing we enjoyed every bite best I've had yet Price per person: £1–10 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

I just wanted to leave a review for Summer at KFC Risca because she truly made our visit such a great experience. From the moment we were served, she was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional. She made sure not only that I had everything I needed, but that my whole family was taken care of too. Summer checked that our order was correct, made sure we had all the extras we needed, and did it all with a warm and welcoming attitude. It’s not every day you come across customer service like that — she genuinely cared about making our experience a good one. Thank you, Summer, for going the extra mile. Awful place. Made us wait 20 mins then forgot about our food. Went back round the drive through got the window slammed in my face the manager didn’t even look at us. Didn’t even say sorry. Awful young staff who cant do there job.
