Visited Isso restaurant last week and ordered 3 dishes. The Fish & Chips and Isso Nasi Goreng were really awesome and tasted great. However, the Isso Kottu was extremely salty. I informed the staff, and after tasting it themselves, they also agreed it was too salty. They offered to remake it, which I appreciate. But since I had already eaten half and was already full, I declined the replacement. I was a bit disappointed that there wasn’t any refund or alternative compensation provided afterwards. Also, I noticed the bill had “Duplicate” mentioned at the top, and I wasn’t sure what that meant. Sharing this as honest feedback because the overall food quality was actually good. Hoping to hear from the team regarding the experience and the billing clarification as well. Food was really good and flavourful. Even though the portion sizes look small, they are really filling. Really worth the price. Sofa seating is a bit uncomfortable due to being so lower to the table. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: Rs 2,000–3,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
