It's a must to order good dark coffee, chai latte or tea while coming to this cafe. The pleasant staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. The nice service is a big benefit of Jet Cafe. As people see it, the atmosphere is exotic here. As for the Google rating, this place earned 4.6.

An absolute treasure of a coffee spot! Simple menu but the Red Vanilla Latte + a good book + rainy morning + surrounded by amazing prints for sale!? I should have tipped the awesome guy $30 just for cultivating a rich space with his great chatting over fantasy & horror novels!! Seriously, I do expect myself to frequent here and bring others to this unique, clean, art centric space. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Went in there hoping to get a drink and sit and study, but I guess sometimes they dont let you sit in, and you can only get coffee to go(?) Anyway, I wasted time coming down and didnt even get the coffee. They sell art or whatever also. Guy who came out from the back was nice tho.

I’m sorry you were unhappy with your experience. It’s difficult when we’re short staffed and can only offer limited service. Happy to serve you in the future should you choose to try us again sometime.
