Shoutout to kfc point cook always having fresh chicken well salted chips been coming here for last 2 years have never had a problem there are never waits on orders and always very tasty. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $40–60 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Zinger Burger, Zinger Box, Popcorn Chicken

There was a fried insect in the chips that ruined our entire lunch. I complained to the KFC website. The PC store called, requesting photos, and offered a credit for the chips. I replied with photos and informed them to keep the credit. What's worse than the foreign object is their attitude in dealing with complaints. I will NEVER try the PC store again.

Worst experience ever. Ordered a family feast. After order was entered was told there was no coleslaw. Was offered other options, none of which I wanted. Asked for a price discount and was refused. Eventually accepted 1.25l Pepsi. When order was ready Tom was shouting out an order number. Irrelevant to me, he had not given me a ticket number. Eventually he acknowledged me. Then 2nd problem, no 1.25l Pepsi left. In response to my comment about stock levels, I was told I could go to another store in future. Thank you Tom, I will.
