I am celiac and since the opening of Le Altre Farine del Mulino near my house a few years ago, it has changed my life! My absolute favorite place in Rome gluten free. The owners are Sicilian, so it's an entirely gluten-free Sicilian pastry shop with lots of lactose-free options. You can eat there at any time, breakfast, lunch, aperitif, snack. Very high quality and love in everything they cook (which by the way is usually very fresh and prepared by them back there). I recommend 100%. It may seem that the cost is high and I understand those who think so, but the location is excellent because it is in the center and in front of the dome of San Pietro, so let's imagine the rental costs and so on! Let's help our little gluten free shops
