Perfectly cooked chicken nuggets, hash browns and cheeseburgers have a nice taste. This fast food offers you good ice cream and tasty biscuits. Get your meal started with great frappes, iced coffee or iced caramel macchiato.

At McDonald's, you can order food as a takeaway. The atmosphere of hospitality of this place highly depends on the staff, that is attentive here. A number of guests find that the service is cool. The spectacular atmosphere makes a positive impression on customers. But google users haven't given this spot a high rating.

Service was great, and the employees were polite, but not welcoming. Bf and I got food poisoning yesterday after eating here. We’ve never had a reaction like that after eating at a McDonalds Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

saw this posted at the drive thru 4/18/26 around 8:00 pm - after clarifying what this meant, the lady on the microphone said i could get an empty cup and walk in and serve myself; said there are only "two" people working; when i pulled around to pay, the "manager" joined the woman at the window, clarified to me that he "could" walk into the lobby and serve the drive thru customers drinks from there, but wont; i clarified 'are you refusing?' (to take an extra step for the customer) he stated "yes"; when I went into the restaurant with my empty cup, I counted 5 total employees;

I have to give a big shoutout to Ken at the McDonald's West Henrietta Road drive-thru—he is absolutely amazing! His bubbly, charming personality made the whole experience of waiting for your meal FUN. He has this joyful energy that makes you smile, laugh, and he looks like he enjoys his job. He even mentioned that he loves to be happy and make others happy, and you can truly feel it. People like Ken make a huge difference, and we are so grateful for him. Customer service is very important and Ken is a perfect example of outstanding customer service. I also want to thank the other staff who’ve shown great customer service at this location, even though I didn’t catch their names. You all make this McDonald’s a great place to visit! Unfortunately, we always go to the drive-thru so I can't do any reviews on the inside atmosphere. T :). Food: 5 Service: 5 Price per person: $10–20 Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot Parking: Normally the food has been great, especially the chocolate chip cookies which we get regularly.
