I visit this Tim Hortons almost every morning for breakfast, and I always place the same simple order: croissant with egg, no cheese. Despite clearly mentioning “no cheese” every single time, they have gotten my order wrong multiple times at least 3 times now by still adding cheese. I have never made a big issue out of it before. I always came back politely, explained that I received the wrong order, and even when they offered compensation for the inconvenience, I never accepted it because I just wanted the correct food and appreciated good customer service. However, today’s experience was completely unacceptable. I arrived right at 5:00 AM because I needed breakfast quickly before heading out. I again placed the same order: croissant with egg, no cheese. This time, instead of removing the cheese, they removed the egg entirely. When I returned to the drive-thru to fix the mistake, there was already a long line of cars. I politely asked the person on the speaker if they could help me quickly because I was in a rush. Instead of understanding, she responded with attitude and frustration, as if I was the problem. I explained that I come there regularly and that this same mistake had happened several times before. Her response was shocking: “Then don’t come.” That is not how customer service should work. Instead of acknowledging repeated mistakes and trying to improve, telling a regular customer to stop coming is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Your food is actually really good, and that is why I keep coming back. But this is not the right way to deal with customers. I understand that you are busy, especially during early morning rush hours, but you should also think about the inconvenience caused to customers. Because of repeated mistakes, I had to come back, wait again, and argue over something that should have been done correctly the first time. Eventually, they asked me to pull into the parking area and said they would remake it. The employee brought the new croissant, hash brown, and even offered a refund, which I declined because I simply wanted my correct breakfast. Unfortunately, when I got back, the egg was undercooked and the hash brown was not cooked properly either. At that point, I had no time left to argue and had to throw the food away. This entire experience was frustrating, disappointing, and completely unacceptable. I have always been patient and respectful, but repeated mistakes, rude behavior, and poor food quality make it very hard to keep coming back. Meal type: Breakfast Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Their drive thru and parking lot NEEDS to be fixed. You can see where people have curbed their vehicle. Avoid this place at all cost with your vehicle. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
