This cute ramen lab did not disappoint. Me and my family were fed up with pasta, pizza, pasta, pizza—you get the point (sorry italians), so we found this place and I am so incredibly grateful we did. This ramen lab was one of those places you KNOW you’ll come back to in the future because everything was a 10/10. The second you walk into this place, you get filled with joy because of all the cute drawings on the walls and the decorations in the restaurant. A vibe of a restaurant already says a lot about the food. It had soul. Now onto the meal—an absolute beauty. After a long day, I took one sip of the broth of the ramen and I was cured. My family also loved the food they ordered, I forgot the name but it had to do with chicken, rice, and veggies and it was said to be delicious. The chicken gyoza & edamame were also great. We also had a conversation with the kind workers and they were super caring, the staff in this ramen lab restaurant were one of the sweetest i’ve met in Italy so far. Overall, if we come back to Rome we will 100% be returning here and we are happy that we chose this place to eat an amazing lunch! Thank you to the staff & owners. 5 stars!! So delicious!!! After being in Italy for a week and only having Italian, it got a little tiring. This place was like a breath of fresh air for my tastebuds. Servers and cooks were nice and the place was pleasant to eat in and decorated nicely. Definitely worth the stop if you have time.
