Had a special experience and very impressed with the food and service. Delicious pasta and salad and perfect red wine to compliment the meal. Service was outstanding and great advice and recommendations. Andrea and Massimo were the perfect hosts and provided friendly and professional service. My job takes me to Rome several times a month during the summer and fall months. Raf Restaurant is my little gem that I stumbled across while strolling the city several years ago. Tucked away on a side street, Raf is quiet yet is marvelous for sitting outside (even during the heat) and people watching. The lovely music...the incredibly attentive staff...the food and prosecco all make for an exquisite dining experience. It is my favorite restaurant in all of Rome. Cacio y pepe is perfection on a plate. Andrea (manager) is quick to check on me to make sure the ambiance, food and drink are all to my liking. Always is.
