My job takes me to Rome several times a month during the summer and fall months. Raf Restaurant is my little gem that I stumbled across while strolling the city several years ago. Tucked away on a side street, Raf is quiet yet is marvelous for sitting outside (even during the heat) and people watching. The lovely music...the incredibly attentive staff...the food and prosecco all make for an exquisite dining experience. It is my favorite restaurant in all of Rome. Cacio y pepe is perfection on a plate. Andrea (manager) is quick to check on me to make sure the ambiance, food and drink are all to my liking. Always is.
