Probably the most expensive meal we've ever had, special events aside, but at least it was very very good. The rest, leftovers, bycatch, offcuts, weird veg. Turned into 18 items. Sometimes one at a time, sometimes a few together. All presented beautifully and creatively. I can think of a couple of them that were just ok, many were delicious. The accompanying wines were sometimes great by themselves but not always, but always worked brilliantly with the food. Worth splashing out for an occasion, if you can. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: kr 1,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
