Blossoms in the heart of the Omni Shoreham lies Roberts. A serene place to have breakfast and cherish the sunshine through the cherry blossoms. The food is divine and healthy beyond expectations for a large conference hotel. The soft piano humm kills you into a focused moment letting the scene to take hold. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

I am on a near week long stay at the omni. I had dinner at the Robert's restaurant last night. It was decent. I decided to return this evening. First I stood there a while before the host appeared. After being sat I was ignored by the staff. After some time a staff lady had noticed and asked if I was being helped yet. To which I said no. She seemed surprised... i waited some more. Waiting staff keeps wqlking passed me to exit towards the kitchen. Not a single acknowlegement. I was not welcome. I eventually stood and left. The host watched me leave. Not a word. Let's note the restaurant was not busy at all. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
