I went around 11pm ordered the miso ramen with Japanese pork, egg, and corn plus just right spice. The noodles were a bit too soft, they forgot to add corn, and wasn’t a fan of the egg. The broth was pretty good and the spice was just enough. The pork was really good as well. You have to wait in line to order your food and then wait for your name/text to get your food. The guy who handed me my food spilt some on my hand/tray as he handed it to me and didn’t even apologize. The seating inside specifically metal seats right as you walk in is uncomfortable and not ergonomic at all, your feet will dangle. Half way through decided to go to their outdoor seating area. If you go at this time you may encounter many intoxicated people so maybe go earlier in the day and may have a different experience.
