Rome This is definitely not your average Starbucks; the design is absolutely stunning, spacious, and feels more like a modern Roman palace. It is the perfect spot to escape the crazy city heat, enjoy excellent air conditioning, and sit down comfortably with a great, familiar iced coffee. While purists might prefer traditional Italian espresso bars, this place offers a fantastic atmosphere, clean restrooms, and a reliable workspace for travelers. A great place to rest and recharge your batteries between exploring the alleys.

A Unique and Premium Coffee Experience in Rome! If you think you know what to expect from a standard coffee shop visit, Starbucks - Roma Flagship will completely change your perspective. I recently stopped by for brunch, and it was an absolutely exceptional 5-star experience across every single category, from the unique style of hospitality to the premium quality of the menu. The absolute highlight of my visit was the incredible table service, which completely surprised me. This was the very first time I tried to be seated at a table in a Starbucks, and instead of waiting in a long counter line, the staff actually comes directly to you at your table to take your order. It was a completely new experience to me, and it elevated the entire visit, making it feel much more like a premium, upscale cafe or a high-end restaurant rather than a quick-service coffee shop. The team handling the floor was absolutely phenomenal. The staff were total experts at what they do, highly professional, and incredibly helpful with guiding us through the menu options. Their attentive and warm approach made us feel genuinely welcome and added immensely to the smooth service. Combined with the stellar hospitality, the atmosphere of this flagship location is stunning, earning a definitive 5 stars. It is beautifully designed, spacious, and offers a perfect, energetic yet comfortable environment to relax and enjoy a wonderful brunch. The food and drinks were equally excellent, prepared to absolute perfection. Good location with a good selection of food and drinks. The addition of a bar is a great idea and really adds to the atmosphere. However, there wasn’t enough seating or staff for the number of people coming through, which made the experience feel a bit disorganised. The cleanliness of the venue also wasn’t up to standard, which was slightly off putting.
