Tony was absolutely exceptional, so sweet, quick, professional and kind. We came for a birthday and he brought out a decorated dessert and a card signed by multiple staff. I mean, beyond amazing. Tony!!! You’re the sweetest! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Went for breakfast because the location is in the Hyatt Regency. Pretty decent for price vs. what you get. We had coffee, tea, bacon egg and cheese sandwich and the American breakfast. Everything was quite good! Sausage patty felt like it was homemade and not mass produced. Home fries had onions and peppers mixed in which was a positive. Requested a gluten free bun instead of toast and honestly it was quite good for gluten free. Service was decent, the server got everything correct but she wasn't overly engaging. Nonetheless, overall it was enjoyable and I would come back again when staying at the Hyatt. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

This burger did not come to play. It came to win. The Capital Burger shows up like it has quarterly targets and intends to beat them. Perfectly cooked patty, cheese melted like it attended a leadership offsite, and caramelized onions doing the heavy strategic lift—sweet, patient, and clearly the smartest thing on the plate. Now let’s talk fries, because honestly, they stole the meeting. Parmesan + truffle oil is a dangerous combo. These fries walk in quietly and then take over the room. Aromatic, bold, and completely shameless. The truffle oil announces itself before you even look down, and the Parmesan backs it up with credibility. This is the “awe factor.” Mic drop. No follow-up questions. Iced tea did exactly what iced tea is supposed to do: stayed cold, stayed out of the drama, and refreshed the palate like a dependable middle manager. Service was solid—friendly, timely, mostly invisible in a way. One less check-in than perfection, but no escalations required. Ambience? Fine. Functional. You won’t Instagram the walls, but you also won’t be distracted from the real agenda: eating this burger while rethinking your life choices.
