Bland! I got the pulled pork sandwich. It was not “pulled” but rather a chunk of dried, tasteless pork with chopped cabbage (not cole slaw.) The roll was wimpy. There was no sauce on the sandwich even though it said it came with Carolina vinegar. The ff were limp. If you are going to have a bbq restaurant- you need to know how to cook flavorful food.
