Swan Dive charged me for $115 and never gave me my food!!!! Now I'm having to dispute the charge with my bank AND ya'll cost me an overdraft fee. This was my first and LAST order w/ this restaurant. (Full story: I ordered ~$115 worth of food on March 14th for pick up through Doordash. When my husband and friend got to the restaurant to pick up the food after waiting 45 mins, they were told by the staff that the restaurant cancelled the Doordash order due to feeling "overwhelmed" by increased orders after St.Patty's day parade celebrations - without notifying us until we got there btw. I called Swan Dive to complain because I was still charged. The staff who picked up the phone said my order would be refunded in 3 days since it was cancelled.... 10 days later no refund, so I contacted Doordash - Doordash said the restaurant never cancelled the order. When I looked at my app - the order was never cancelled. Now I'm working with my bank to dispute the order. If you're too overwhelmed to take orders, then don't charge your customers!! Or at least cancel the order like you said you would. Service: 1

I am sad that swan dive closed, the wings and pizza were some of the best in Rochester. But for the LOVE OF GOD someone share their ranch recipe! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
