I absolutely adore Trilogy Brew, I’ve been to the location in Old Town Spring a few times. I decided to try their matcha today inside of the HEB location and I was honestly a little disappointed. I ordered a large iced matcha with lavender and vanilla, the matcha wasn’t presweeted but the barista informed me they usually use vanilla. I asked if I could do equal parts of the vanilla and lavender. Presumably the owner or manager came up and helped during my transaction as well. Everyone was really nice and helpful but to pay almost $11 for an iced matcha I was slightly disappointed by the flavor and price point. I love their coffee so maybe their matcha just isn’t for me. As always everyone was friendly and helpful nonetheless. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
