We were the only table in the entire restaurant tonight, and the kitchen still managed to fail on almost every single dish while four staff members (two in the kitchen, two front-of-house) spent the night chatting away. Under-cooked Shrimp: A serious food safety hazard. The grilled shrimp arrived half-raw, still grey/black and translucent towards the tail. Completely unappetizing and unacceptable. Cold Beef: Served over a miniature grill with a tiny piece of charcoal purely for cosmetic show—it provided zero heat. The sliced steak was lukewarm to cold right out of the gate. Appetizers & Sides: Four sad, thin slices of zucchini on the appetizer plate. The pea puree was ridiculously salty and ruined whatever flavor balance was intended. Facility Maintenance: Water started leaking from the overhead AC ductwork, dripping directly onto my dining partner’s head at the table. Charging fine-dining prices ($30–$80+ range) for raw seafood, cold meat, leaking pipes, and disengaged staff chatting around an empty room is baffling. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere in Hamilton. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $70–80

Undefined was a nice surprise! I can't wait to go back. Although the menu was overwhelming, the food was delicious! Everything we tried was amazing quality. They were also very patient with our indecisiveness! Meal type: Dinner
