Noticeable difference since the qchange of ownership. We've been a customer of Wasabi for over 30 years. Even though we have moved out of the area, we tried to return to Wasabi with our dear friends whenever we are in town. Today, we noticed that the restaurant has changed hands and the service is considerably less attentive than before. Some of our usual favorites are no longer on the menu. We ordered as much of our usual that we can see on the menu. One of the sushi roll that we ordered came without a sauce that was listed on the the menu. We asked the wait staff and a manager??(never identify himself) came over and explained that he has served the same roll before and it never came with any sauce. We told him that per the menu , the roll is supposed to be served with a sauce. That's how we had it over the years. He never even offered to check the menu!! The only thing he can offer was a spicy mayo sauce which will not go well with the roll. So we passed on that offer. On our way out of the restaurant, we checked the menu again and it was clearly listed that it is supposed to be served with a sauce. It is quite unfortunate as tonight's experience has turned us off. We will never visit this restaurant again and neither will our local friends who had loved this place for years. Price per person: $40–50 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Had a great experience at Wasabi! The food was fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavor, with a good variety of options to choose from. The sushi was especially enjoyable neatly made and satisfying without being overly heavy. Service was quick and efficient, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout the visit. The atmosphere was clean, modern, and comfortable, making it a nice spot for a casual meal or takeout. Overall, a reliable and enjoyable dining experience definitely deserving of 5 stars!
