found it with surprise, the tea is absolutely amazing, ordered Kerak chai and aseeb tea, both are super nice, sweetness is just as good as i like, pie is good but i expect less ketchup or other sauce on top, the nuts are perfect for the tea, price is really reasonable, environment is beautiful with signature Arab decor (if i am not mistaken) definitely good place for friends reunion. the only thing is the AC too hot for drinking tea. but the service is really good.
