Bao Kitchen/Mongolian BBQ/Mochinut are all the same place. I wouldn't go back. Food tasted okay and served hot, but the portions are so small. It's more for like a snack time than a sit down restaurant. We ordered a combo bao meal and siumai. The siumai came in four but so small. It's street style siumai, not dimsum restaurant siumai, not worth the price. Price per person: $20–30

I was travel for business decide to try it out and. I recommend fellow travelers and local to stay away and put the place out of its misery. Order online and came to pick up after 25 minute. Was told they did not receive the order until I show up. The staff was being lazy didn’t bother to check their online order. The place is dirty and empty during prime dinner time at 6:30pm. I regret placing the order as for sure the lack of business will not ensure fresh ingredients. The Google review is not accurate they should have received a 1 star review Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Not a positive experience. When I went to sit at the tables the first two had food or drink on them (not wiped dpwn periodically). Food ordering is handled with the QR code on the table which seemed like more of a hassle than just ordering from the staff. When the robot came out to deliver our food the touchscreen seemed dirty and covered in fingerprints (not something I want to touch right before I eat). We tried to submit 2 different orders for the same table, but somehow the system doubled our food from the first order. I checked multiple times to make sure my order was different from the other persons because we wanted to try different items. I then went to the front desk to explain that our order was wrong but he didn't seem to understand, and when I asked for the order of potstickers we didn't get, I was charged more money and asked for more payment at this point they still didn't seem to understand so we just finished our mediocre food and left. We will probably go to the other dumpling place down the street in the future! Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Dinner
