Let's find out about a unique, nutritious, and very healthy breakfast creation by an Israeli chocolatier Oded Brenner that you can easily recreate at home following our simple instructions.

The owner and creator of the cacao shop “Blue Stripes” has managed to create an authentic place offering healthy and delicious drinks and dishes using 25 years of experience in this field and devotion to his work. “I worked with very unique pastry chefs, sugar artists, and eventually a chocolate maker in Paris. My dream, however, was to become a writer,” says Oded Brenner. Luckily for every sweet tooth in New York, Brenner became a chocolatier. A creator of a successful Max Brenner brand, Willy Wonka of nowadays, Oded was once on a trip to Jamaica where he learned that cacao beans could be used for many culinary creations besides chocolate. Cacao bowl is one of them. The breakfast bowl is a tasty oaty nutritious meal. It is low-fat yet very filling, and you can mix it with all sorts of fruits and various toppings, such as apples, pears, peaches, pineapple, cinnamon, etc. Oded’s bases his take on breakfast bowls on enhancing the taste by adding Cacao Fruit Smoothie and Whole Cacao Granola to the recipe.
Step 1. Cut fresh fruits into small cubes or slices. The easily available fruits that go well with chocolate flavour and milk would be bananas, pears and apples. But feel free to experiment.
Step 2. Blend Cacao Fruit Smoothie premix, milk and cacao nibs till the consistency becomes smooth, and transfer the mix into a bowl.
Step 3. Add Whole Cacao Granola, creme fraiche, nuts and fresh fruits.
Tip:Seasonal berries would be a great addition to the Cacao bowl. Try using strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries as garnish. Any berries with minimum tartness or sourness will go well with this dish.
